  • Drummer (Tim) is shit-hot (sorry I couldn’t get a clear shot of you Tim, you were an absolute blur the whole set!!)
  • Seeing this band now, is the equivalent to what it would have been like to have seen Blink 182 before they were discovered (too)

Summary: Ride For Rain have cooked up some new punk tunes for their devoted fans. If you’re an Indie band/music lover and haven’t seen this band yet, you’re an idiot. Everything about their sound, their attitude, their playing and their gigs are why I do what I do: Honest, fun, full-on, crowd-involving indie-Punk-Rock energy and enjoyable.

They recently released their new song ‘No Body Can Save Us’ which sounds absolutely amazing, so go check it out on Spotify NOW. The members of the band are:
Goran – “cooler” guitar and “trying to sing”
Dylan – “power chords and slightly more in key singing”
Liam (speedz) McDermott – “slapadabass”
Tim – “hit drums quickly “

That is how they describe their role in the band, which sums them up: down to earth brilliance.

The more I see incredible bands like this (and some others) in Sydney, the more I’m thinking of starting a label with my contacts!

Good work boys, keep it up and I’ll keep singing your praises. Unbelievable gig!
